Arihant Abode ya Buildcon Maghad Mansion - kaunsa better hai?

I'm thinking of investing in Noida. Arihant Abode is ready to move, but the price is pretty high, almost 10 cr. Buildcon Maghad Mansion ka toh I can't find much info online. Which one would give better ROI in the long run? Koi experience hai toh batao.

Exactly! 10 cr mein toh you can get something in Central Noida also. Sector 75, 76 dekh lo. Maybe better ROI there.

Maghad Mansion is a smaller project in Sector 150, I think. Arihant is ready to move, that's the advantage. But 10 cr... ROI is a big question.
