Noida mein property: JMD Siddh ya Lotus Greens?

Fed up of renting! Lotus Greens is crazy expensive, but JMD Siddh is ready to move. Carpet area ka kya scene hai? Which one has better resale, guys?

My friend bought in JMD Siddh 2 years ago. He's happy with the location and connectivity. But he did face some issues with the builder initially.

Lotus Greens is good for investment if you are looking at 10+ years horizon. But for immediate returns, JMD Siddh might be better.

Don't just look at the carpet area, also consider the floor plan and ventilation. A poorly designed flat will always be a problem.

I visited JMD Siddh last week. Flats are decent, but the common areas need improvement. Lotus Greens is definitely better maintained.

Maintenance is a big factor. Koi bhi society initially achhi dikhti hai, but maintenance baad mein kharab ho jaati hai.

U4, Sector 150 is oversaturated. Too many projects, too little demand. JMD Sector 44 is more established. That might be why resale is better.

U7, sahi baat hai. I booked a flat with another builder in Noida Extension 3 years ago. Possession abhi tak nahi mila. Paisa bhi phas gaya hai.

JMD Siddh ready to move hai, toh dekh lo bhai. Lotus Greens is definitely overpriced for what they offer. Resale ka toh market pe depend karega, but location-wise JMD is good. Carpet area check kar lena RERA website pe.

Carpet area is a HUGE scam in Noida. Builders are showing super area and fooling everyone. JMD Siddh ka plan RERA se download karke compare karo, U1 is right.
