Gulshan Bellina mein itna cost, sahi hai?

2 Cr for Bellina, is it justified? Gayatri Vatika is cheaper, but carpet area kam hai. Kids' school admission is my wife's priority. Honestly not sure which one to pick. Any thoughts?

Sector 144 is good connectivity-wise, but still developing. Sector 128 (where Bellina is) is more established. That might justify the higher price.

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I chose a slightly cheaper option further away from the main road. Now I regret it every day. Traffic is a nightmare!

Check the reviews online for both builders. Propmyna has some good threads on this. Don't rely solely on what the sales team tells you.

My friend booked in Bellina last year. He's already regretting it. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Possession ka koi thikana nahi hai.

2 Cr for Bellina seems steep, yaar. Gayatri Vatika is cheaper for a reason, though. Location matters, especially with kids. School ke paas hai toh convenience toh rahega. But carpet area bhi important hai. Tough call!

Bellina is posh, no doubt. But 2Cr... I'd check the builder's RERA record first. Many promises, little delivery these days. Gayatri Vatika, on the other hand, is good value for money. Dekh lo school kitna important hai vs. space.

U3, I visited Gayatri Vatika last month. Construction quality is decent, nothing exceptional. But the price difference is significant. Almost 30 lakhs less for a similar sized apartment (excluding carpet area difference).

30 lakhs is a lot of money! You could invest that elsewhere. Maybe it's worth sacrificing a little space. What floor were you looking at?
