My cousin actually lives in Unihomes, and while the society is peaceful, they did face some initial delays in possession. Also, maintenance charges there are slightly higher than what ACE is quoting currently, so factor that in. I think ACE might be a better long-term investment, but definitely visit both sites again and talk to residents if possible!
