Noida property: VVIP Addresses vs Gayatri Vatika?

I'm based in Dubai. Gayatri Vatika toh ready hai, but VVIP Addresses is still under construction. Is the lower price worth the risk? Need rental income ASAP.

Risk toh hai, but VVIP Addresses is in a better location IMO. Closer to the expressway and all. GV is a bit inside. Depends on your risk appetite, I guess.

Lower price? Kitna lower? VVIP Addresses ka construction quality reports check karo. I've heard mixed reviews.

U4, Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. 'Ready' bolte hai, phir bhi delay. My friend booked in Sector 75 and still waiting.

Sector 75 is a mess yaar. Too much construction going on. I'd avoid it for now.

Gayatri Vatika is ready to move in, that's a big plus. VVIP Addresses... bhai, name hi VVIP hai, kaam kab hoga pata nahi. Rental income chahiye toh GV is safer, right?
