Aims AMG looks tempting with ready possession near Noida. But VVIP Addresses is in a different league price-wise. Is the carpet area difference worth crores extra? Honestly not sure. I'm seeing so many discounts on OC properties these days. Also, Aims AMG mein maintenance charges kya hai? Has anyone checked recent resale rates in both? Investment horizon 5 years...which one gives better ROI? Confused!

Ultimately, it boils down to your risk appetite and financial goals. Do your due diligence and choose wisely. Noida real estate can be a tricky business!
Market is volatile right now. Rates are fluctuating. Be careful before investing a large sum.
Personally, I'd lean towards VVIP Addresses for the long term. The location and build quality will hold its value better.
Just checked Magicbricks. Resale rates in Aims AMG are around 6500-7000 per sq ft. VVIP Addresses is around 8000-9000 per sq ft.
One thing to consider is the rental yield. Which one will give you a better rental income? That's important for investment purposes.
So, what's the final decision? Which one are you leaning towards?
VVIP Addresses mein which tower are you considering? Some towers are better located than others. Also, which floor?
Yaar, builder log toh sab ek jaise hi hote hain. Promises bahut karte hain, delivery kuch nahi.
True that! Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in Sector 137. Abhi tak amenities complete nahi hui.
Don't forget to factor in the stamp duty and registration charges. They can be a significant expense.
Has anyone actually done a site visit recently? I want to know about the current construction status in VVIP Addresses.
Resale rates check karne ke liye Magicbricks and 99acres pe dekho. But remember, those are just asking prices. Actual transaction price might be lower.
Honestly, both are good options. Depends on your budget and priorities. If you want a premium experience, go for VVIP. If you want a decent apartment at a reasonable price, Aims AMG is a good choice.
Sector 75 is becoming so crowded now. Traffic is a nightmare. Think about that before investing.
RERA registration number check karo before booking anything. Don't trust the builder's promises.
I agree with the original post. Ready-to-move sounds great, but OC properties with discounts are tempting. Especially with the interest rates going up.
Aims AMG mein maintenance charges around 4-5 Rs per sq ft hai. VVIP Addresses mein 8-10 Rs per sq ft. Yeh toh pakka hai. Source: my friend lives there.
8-10 Rs? That's insane! Considering the common areas are not even fully functional yet!
Don't just look at carpet area, check the build quality and the amenities. VVIP Addresses ka construction quality is definitely better. Also, location advantage toh hai hi.
Location advantage? Both are pretty close to each other, right? Sector 75?
I invested in Aims AMG 3 years ago. Possession mila but abhi tak registry nahi hui. Builder is making excuses. Be careful!
@U10, RERA mein complaint karo bhai. They'll take action.
Bhai, Aims AMG is good, no doubt, but VVIP Addresses is on another level. Carpet area ka difference toh dikhega hi na! Investment horizon 5 years hai toh VVIP might give you better returns. Just my two cents.
Totally agree yaar. Aims AMG is decent, but VVIP Addresses is a premium product. Land location is key in Noida.
@U1, but is the premium worth it? Maintenance charges are killer in VVIP, heard it's almost double Aims AMG. Koi confirm karo toh pata chale.
Ready-to-move mein bhi tension hai bhai. Builder ne amenities complete nahi kiye toh kya fayda? I'd rather wait for a good OC property with discounts.
