Confused between luxury and ready-to-move in Noida!

VVIP Addresses is tempting, but is the price jump worth it compared to Aims AMG? I'm already paying EMIs on my 2BHK. Is location PLC really worth crores more? Honestly not sure.

Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is Noida, folks.

I think ready-to-move-in is always safer. Less risk of delays and you know exactly what you're getting.

So, OP, what did you decide? Did you go with VVIP or Aims?

Ultimately, it depends on your budget and risk appetite. Both are decent options, but do your due diligence!

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake with my first property. Swimming pool is still not ready after 3 years lol.

Aims AMG is closer to the upcoming Jewar airport. That's a big advantage in the long run.

Don't forget to factor in the registration charges and stamp duty. That's a significant amount.

Is there a pre-launch discount available on either project? That could be a deciding factor.

VVIP Addresses is giving better payment plans, but Aims AMG is offering more amenities. It's a tough choice.

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I chose a ready-to-move-in property because I didn't want to deal with construction delays. Best decision ever.

VVIP Addresses ka maintenance charges are very high, I heard. Factor that into your calculations.

Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. I would be very careful before investing.

I'd suggest visiting both sites and talking to current residents. That's what I did before buying my flat.

PLC is a scam, mostly. They just want to extract more money from you.

I bought in Aims AMG 2 years ago. Possession is delayed by 6 months already. Builder is giving excuses. Be careful.

Possession mila kya abhi tak? RERA complaint file karo!

Which tower, U9? I'm planning to invest.

Honestly, both are good options. But check the RERA registration number for both projects. Verify everything before you invest your hard-earned money.

Current market conditions are not great for buyers. Interest rates are high, and property prices are increasing. Think carefully before making a decision.

VVIP Addresses is definitely tempting, but Aims AMG is also a solid option. Location PLC worth crores? Depends on your priorities, bhai. Are you looking for appreciation or a place to live?

Exactly my dilemma! I'm in the same boat. Paying rent AND EMIs is killing me.

Aims AMG has a better location IMO. Sector 75 is more developed than where VVIP Addresses is. Check the builder's history though.

Don't just look at the location PLC, look at the carpet area and the amenities. VVIP Addresses ka carpet area is usually smaller. They charge you for 'luxury'.

True that! 'Luxury' ke naam pe chuna laga dete hai.
