Confused between luxury and ready-to-move in Noida!

Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is Noida, folks.

I think ready-to-move-in is always safer. Less risk of delays and you know exactly what you're getting.

So, OP, what did you decide? Did you go with VVIP or Aims?

Ultimately, it depends on your budget and risk appetite. Both are decent options, but do your due diligence!

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake with my first property. Swimming pool is still not ready after 3 years lol.

Aims AMG is closer to the upcoming Jewar airport. That's a big advantage in the long run.

Don't forget to factor in the registration charges and stamp duty. That's a significant amount.

Is there a pre-launch discount available on either project? That could be a deciding factor.

Aims AMG has a better location IMO. Sector 75 is more developed than where VVIP Addresses is. Check the builder's history though.

Don't just look at the location PLC, look at the carpet area and the amenities. VVIP Addresses ka carpet area is usually smaller. They charge you for 'luxury'.
