Investors Aashiyana mein parking ka scene kya hai?

Elixir Windz is better located. But Investors Aashiyana is cheaper. Carpet area efficiency wise, which one is better? Anyone has first-hand experience? Parking allocated kaise hai?

Rising property rates are crazy! Invest karna hai toh jaldi karo, warna aur bhi mehenga ho jayega.

Ultimately, it depends on what you're looking for. Aashiyana is cheaper, but Elixir is better located and probably has better amenities. Weigh the pros and cons carefully.

Sector 78 and Sector 75 are both good areas, but connectivity is better in 78. Plus, the social infrastructure is more developed.

U15, last I checked, it was around 6.5k to 7k per sq ft for resale. New projects might be a bit higher.

Don't forget to check the builder's reputation for maintenance. Bad maintenance can ruin a good property.

U1, I heard Aashiyana has ample parking, but double check the agreement. Builders are known to promise the moon!

I visited both sites last week. Elixir is almost ready, Aashiyana is still under construction. Possession time mein bhi difference hoga.
