Ready to move is always better than under construction, right?

I'm confused between Aims AMG Resi Complex and VVIP Addresses. Aims is ready to move, starting around 45L. VVIP is under construction but bigger, costing crores! Is paying so much extra worth it? My parents keep saying ready to move is safer. What's your take? Any thoughts?

Don't forget to factor in the registration charges and stamp duty. That can be a significant amount, especially for a property costing crores.

Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is the story of every under construction project in Noida.

I think it boils down to your risk appetite and timeline. If you need a house urgently, go for ready to move. Otherwise, under construction can be a good investment if you choose the right builder.

Which floor are you getting in VVIP Addresses? And is it a corner unit? That makes a big difference in resale value.

So, what did you decide OP? Ready to move or under construction?

Check the amenities completion in Aims AMG. I know someone who bought there and the clubhouse is still not fully functional.

Sector 75 mein traffic ka bhi issue hai. Consider that before investing. The new metro line will help, but it's still a factor.

True. Sector 75 is great in terms of connectivity, but the traffic during peak hours is a nightmare.

My parents always say 'haath ka kangan ko aarsi kya' – ready property is always better! Especially if you are risk averse.

What's the price per sq ft for both projects? That will give you a better comparison.

Ready to move is always a safe bet, especially if you are planning to live in it. Rent bach jayega!

VVIP Addresses has some good floor plans. Check the RERA registration details and see if there are any pending cases against the builder.

RERA number please? I want to check it myself.

My friend booked a flat in Aims a year ago. He seems happy with the construction quality. But the maintenance charges are a bit high, he says.

Bhai, aajkal rates itne badh gaye hain, under construction mein bhi koi guarantee nahi hai ki sasta milega. Ready to move mein bargaining power bhi kam hota hai.

Crores for VVIP Addresses? Which tower are you looking at? Sector 75 is prime location but builder reputation is everything! Check their other projects' completion status.

Under construction is risky, but the potential appreciation is higher. High risk, high reward. But with so many delayed projects in Noida, I'd stick with ready to move.

sharmila.ghosh2 Apr

Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise the moon and deliver nothing!

Aims is good for immediate possession. No tension of delays. But VVIP Addresses might have better amenities and a bigger house. Tough call!

Don't just go by the size. Look at the construction quality, the builder's track record, and the location advantages. Sector 75 is good, but is the extra space worth the risk?

I bought in Sector 150 three years ago when it was all under construction. Rates have almost doubled now. But the waiting was painful! Soch samajh ke decision lo.

Ready to move is definitely safer, especially with these Noida builders! Under construction mein toh bas 'agla saal, agla saal' chalta rehta hai. But crores is a lot of money... what's the carpet area difference?

Exactly! Mera dost VVIP Addresses mein phasa hua hai. 2 saal se possession ka wait kar raha hai.

Bhai, Aims AMG Resi Complex is decent, but 45L mein you can find better in Noida Extension maybe? Depends on your requirements though. What are your priorities?
