Aims AMG Resi Complex or Gayatri Vatika for family?

Honestly not sure which project is better for my family. Aims AMG is ready to move, but Gayatri Vatika is way cheaper. Is the extra cost for Aims AMG worth it for better amenities and safety? Kids' school is priority.

Don't forget to check the occupancy certificate for Aims AMG. Important document!

I think Aims AMG is a safer bet if you can afford it. Ready to move is a huge plus.

Did you check the floor plans and layouts? Which one suits your family's needs better?

So, what did you decide? Aims AMG or Gayatri Vatika? Curious to know!

Check the schools nearby. Which school is better and closer to which project? That should be a major deciding factor.

Honestly, I'd lean towards Aims AMG for peace of mind. Builder delays are a nightmare. Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in Noida Extension.

Gayatri Vatika might be cheaper now, but will you have to pay extra for finishing and other things later? Ask about all the hidden costs.

What's the price per sq ft for both projects right now? That's a good starting point for comparison.

Last I checked, Aims AMG was around 8k-9k per sq ft, and Gayatri Vatika was around 6k-7k. But prices fluctuate.

Builder ka track record check karo before investing. Both builders. It's crucial.

Sector 150 is becoming very expensive. The new metro line is driving up prices. Abhi nahi liya toh kabhi nahi le paoge!

Aims AMG is more premium, no doubt. But is the premium worth it for your family's needs? That's something only you can answer.

I visited both sites last month. Aims AMG felt more secure, especially with the gated community and security personnel. Gayatri Vatika felt a bit more open.

Security is a big concern these days. Gated community is a must for me.

I live in Sector 150. The area is developing rapidly. Both projects are in decent locations, but Aims AMG has better connectivity to the expressway.

Don't just look at the price. Check the carpet area. Gayatri Vatika might be cheaper, but the carpet area might be smaller.

Aims AMG mein maintenance charges bahut high hai. Factor that in too.

My colleague bought in Aims AMG last year. He's happy with the amenities, especially the clubhouse and swimming pool. He has a kid and says the kids' play area is also good.

Gayatri Vatika is giving good discounts right now. Maybe you can negotiate a better price.

Aims AMG is definitely better in terms of amenities and location, but Gayatri Vatika is significantly cheaper. Depends on your budget honestly. School proximity is good for both.

Haan, location is prime in Aims AMG. But is it worth the extra 20-30 lakhs? That's the question.

Gayatri Vatika ka construction quality kaisa hai? Anyone has any idea? I heard mixed reviews.

Bhai, Aims AMG is ready to move. That's a huge advantage. No builder delays to worry about. My friend booked in Gayatri Vatika 3 years ago and still waiting for possession.

Possession mila kya? What's the RERA status?
