VVIP Addresses or Godrej Nest for retired couple?

Okay, I'm seriously confused between VVIP Addresses and Godrej Nest. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Godrej Nest is ready to move, sahi hai, but so expensive! Almost double VVIP Addresses. Is the higher maintenance worth it? I'm thinking smaller unit in Godrej Nest might be manageable. But VVIP Addresses has better connectivity. Not sure about the builder ka track record though. Any thoughts on resale value later? Hope someone can guide me.

Check the amenities completion rate in Godrej Nest. I made the mistake of assuming everything would be ready. Swimming pool is still not functional!

Bhai, Noida extension mein toh sab builders ka yahi haal hai. Promises are never kept.

Have you considered a smaller unit in a more established sector like Sector 50 or 51? Might be better for resale in the long run.

So, OP, what did you decide? Godrej Nest or VVIP Addresses? We're all waiting to hear!

Don't just look at the price per sqft. Check the carpet area. Builders are masters of hiding extra charges.

My parents are also retired and looking in Noida. We are considering ATS Greens Village. Have you looked there?

VVIP Addresses possession mila kya kisi ko? I heard it's still delayed.

U18, last I heard, possession is still pending for some towers. Big problem.

Ultimately, it depends on your priorities. Peace of mind vs. budget. Good luck with your decision!

Godrej Nest is definitely the safer bet. But VVIP Addresses... risky, but potentially higher returns if it works out.

Smaller unit in Godrej Nest sounds like a reasonable compromise. Less maintenance, better quality of life.

Resale value depends on so many things. Location, construction quality, market conditions... Noida is unpredictable.

Godrej is a brand name, that definitely helps with resale. But VVIP... not so sure.

Which floor are you considering? Ground floor in Godrej Nest might be good for retirement life.

Godrej Nest is good, but maintenance charges are crazy high. Check the fine print before you commit.

VVIP Addresses… bhai, I've heard horror stories about delayed possessions and unfinished amenities. RERA registration number check karo properly.

Haan, RERA is your best friend. Don't trust anything else!

Connectivity to Delhi is better from VVIP Addresses, that's a definite plus. Godrej Nest is more towards Pari Chowk, right?

I bought in Sector 143B (near VVIP Addresses) three years ago. Still regretting it. Builder promised so much, delivered so little. Be very careful.

Have you visited both sites multiple times, OP? See the actual construction quality. Photos can be deceiving.

VVIP Addresses is much cheaper, that's true. But builder reputation is a big question mark. Godrej Nest is premium, no doubt. For retired life, peace of mind is worth something, right?

Exactly! Builder reputation is everything. Paisa toh doob jaata hai warna.

U1, you're right about peace of mind. But 'double' the price? That's a huge difference. Have you considered other options in Sector 150?
