Noida's affordable housing: carpet area ka kya scene hai?

Aadhaar Jan Ghar vs Gayatri Vatika... Gayatri Vatika is ready to move toh sahi hai, but carpet area kitna mil raha hai? Anyone compared the actual usable space?

I'm also curious about the carpet area situation. Did anyone actually get concrete numbers? Please share if you have any info!

I heard the new metro line extension will connect Pari Chowk better. That might be a game changer for that area. Anyone has updates on that?

Metro is definitely a plus. But even with the metro, consider the commute time to your office. Traffic in Noida can be brutal.

So, overall, what's the verdict on Gayatri Vatika? Is it worth the risk for ready-to-move or better to avoid?

U18, Tough call. If you can get a really good deal and you're willing to take the risk, maybe. But personally, I'd look at other options. Too many red flags.

I bought in Sector 150 three years ago. Same story, promised land, delivered dust. Carpet area was less than promised. Lesson learned: measure everything yourself before registering.

Sector 150 is getting expensive now though. Avg rate is around 7k per sqft I think. Not exactly 'affordable' anymore.

True, Sector 150 is premium now. That's why I'm looking at Pari Chowk area. Aadhaar Jan Ghar is cheaper, but location is not as great. Decisions, decisions...

Aadhaar Jan Ghar... RERA registration number check karo first. And visit the site multiple times at different times of day. Check for waterlogging, traffic etc.

Good point U14. Also, check the completion status of the amenities. Gym, swimming pool... they promise everything but deliver nothing!

U5, He's been waiting almost 2 years extra. Said the finishing is also sub-par. Avoid!

2 years! OMG! That's scary. I was seriously considering it because of the 'ready to move' tag.

U6, which tower is your friend in? Just curious if it's across the board or specific towers.

U8, I think it's Tower C. But honestly, I'd be wary of the whole project. Better to rent for a while and see how things pan out.

Rent is crazy expensive these days. Sector 78 mein 2BHK is like 20k! Buying seems better in the long run... if you can trust these builders.

Aadhaar Jan Ghar vs Gayatri Vatika... Good question! Gayatri Vatika ready to move hai, but builder ka reputation thoda shaky hai. Carpet area is definitely key. I've heard they're quoting super area and then deducting everything under the sun.

Haan yaar, builders are all the same. Show you the moon, deliver a rock. Carpet area is a big scam. They promise one thing, give you another. Check the RERA documents *carefully*.

I'm also looking in that area. Budget is tight. Anyone has actual carpet area figures for Gayatri Vatika 2BHK? The brochure is useless!

Bhai, Gayatri Vatika ka location toh achha hai, near Pari Chowk, but don't trust the builder blindly. My friend booked there and is regretting it. Delay after delay.

Delay? How much delay? Possession mila kya?
