Dekha yeh video Dasnac Burj Noida ka. Sector 75 mein hai. Location wise toh theek lag raha hai, near metro and all. But 2.3Cr starting price thoda zyada nahi hai? Video mein dikha rahe hain luxury lifestyle milega. Has anyone invested here or know someone who has? Is the price justified considering the construction quality and amenities? Mujhe toh thoda expensive lag raha hai tbh. Kya aap logon ko pata hai?

Jewar airport is a long way off. Don't believe the hype completely. Connectivity to Delhi is more important right now.
