Upgrade dilemma: Anchal vs. others in Noida?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. I'm looking at Anchal Silver Oak Tower. Has anyone had experience with Anchal Real Estate in Noida? Heard mixed reviews online. Matlab, on one hand, the location is great, but on the other hand, I'm worried about construction quality after possession. Kisi ko pata hai how well they maintain their societies 2-3 years after handover? Also, I'm already have a home loan, so want to avoid any builder with shady bank approvals. Is the price jump worth it for Anchal vs. other builders in the same area? Should I consider other options? Honestly not sure. Any advice would be appreciated!
