Anchal Real Estate - anyone faced hidden charges?

I'm based in Dubai and thinking of investing in Noida. Has anyone bought in Anchal Silver Oak Tower? Heard some builders pull a fast one with hidden charges at possession. PLC and EDC vagerah kitna extra laga? Also, construction quality kaisi hai after a few years? I can't really do a site inspection myself. Need to factor that into the ROI. Any experiences with Anchal you can share? Matlab, sahi hai ya not? Hope someone can help!
