Anchal Real Estate: Quality issues and delayed possession?

I'm based in Dubai and looking at Noida for investment. Anchal Silver Oak Tower is on my radar, but what's the real deal? I can't do a site visit myself. Are there hidden charges at possession that I should know about? Also, anyone faced construction quality issues after moving in? Need help!
