Okay I'll be honest – I'm already regretting booking that flat in Anchal Silver Oak Tower. Fed up of renting and thought it was a good investment, but now I'm not so sure. Everyone talks about the location, but nobody mentions the hidden charges. They hit me with PLC and EDC at possession, which wasn't clearly communicated. Honestly, it felt like a trap. And the customer support? Forget about it. They never pick up the phone after you've paid the booking amount. Plus, I've heard whispers about construction quality issues. Plaster cracks and seepage after just a few years? Should I try to sell now and cut my losses? Change my mind, please. Tell me it gets better. What's been your experience?
