Anchal Silver Oak Tower: Hidden charges are insane!

Okay I'll be honest—I'm seriously regretting booking that flat in Anchal Silver Oak Tower. My wife's priority is a safe place near good schools for our kids' school admission, so we stretched our budget. But the hidden charges at possession are killing us! PLC, EDC, IDC...it's all adding up to almost an extra lakh! Honestly not sure how we'll manage the EMI now. They never mentioned these things properly during booking. I'm so stressed. Has anyone else faced this with Anchal Real Estate? What did you guys do? Is there any way to fight this? Should I get a lawyer involved?
