Anchal Real Estate: Are they worth the risk?

Anchal Silver Oak Tower, looks good on paper, but on-time delivery ka kya scene hai? My kids have moved out and I'm looking to sell my big house and move to a smaller flat near a hospital. I want something manageable, you know? Heard some horror stories about delays and hidden charges. Matlab, PLC and all that extra stuff at possession. Is it worth the headache? Resale value bhi important hai. Honestly not sure if Anchal is the right choice. Change my mind. Or tell me if their construction quality is actually good. Anyone faced issues with them? Resale value after 5 years is also important. Disagree? Tell me why.
