Anchal Real Estate: On-time delivery? My experience so far

Anchal Real Estate ka Silver Oak Tower dekh raha hu. Need at least 3BHK. Anyone booked there? On-time delivery ka kya scene hai? My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Sunne mein aaya hai delays hote hai...sach hai kya? What's the real picture? Any insights?
