Novel Homes or Sharanam for investment, kya scene hai?

Just moved near Sharanam. Carpet area is less, bhai! Novel Homes mein maybe zyada space? Sharanam is expensive, dekh lena. Investment ke liye... honestly not sure which is better.

Honestly, I'd prefer a smaller but well-built apartment in a good location over a larger but shoddily constructed one in a so-so location. Sharanam wins for location, I think.

I invested in Sector 150 three years ago. Tab rates kam the, now doubled ho gaye hain. But infrastructure abhi bhi thoda slow hai.

Sharanam is definitely expensive, bhai. Novel Homes mein layout better hai. Investment ke liye... depends on resale value honestly. Dekhna padega.
