₹1.5 Cr for Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue versus almost half for Novel Homes. Crazy difference, right? I'm looking at both in Noida. Novel Homes is ready to move, which is a big plus, no tension of delays. But the carpet area in Samridhi seems much better for the price. My parents keep saying 'location matters', and Samridhi is in a supposedly better area. But is it *that* much better to justify double the cost? Also, Novel Homes ka maintenance charges kya scene hai? Heard some societies charge a bomb later on. Honestly not sure if I should stretch my budget so much. Anyone has experience with either? Which one would you pick for a family moving in?

Double the cost is insane! Novel Homes being ready to move is a huge advantage. No rent, no EMI and rent both situation. But Samridhi, location wise, Sector 150 is definitely better than where Novel Homes is. Tough choice, bhai.
I feel your pain! I was in the same boat last year. Novel Homes ka maintenance is a known issue. They start low and then BAM! Suddenly it's through the roof. Check the fine print carefully.
