45 lakh mein Resi Homes? Novel Homes is cheaper, but carpet area kitna hai? Need at least a 3BHK. Kids' school admission is my wife's priority. Safe for the children bhi hona chahiye. Any opinions on which has better amenities and less maintenance charges?

Novel Homes ka location Sector 16B mein hai, right? Resi Homes is in Sector 121. Sector 121 is more developed I think. School options are better there. But traffic ka bhi scene hai.
Traffic is bad everywhere bhai. But sector 121 is closer to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. That's a plus point.

Bhai, RERA is not a guarantee. Mera ek friend phase hua hai ek project mein, RERA mein complaint file karne ke baad bhi kuch nahi hua.
