Ivory County seems more value for money, honestly.

Godrej Riverine is upcoming, so risk zyada hai. Ivory County mein at least construction toh dikh raha hai. Carpet area kitna hai? Anyone checked the actual sqft rates? I'm confused.

Ivory County ka carpet area is around 75% of super area. Check their brochure carefully. They inflate it a lot.

Totally agree yaar, Ivory County seems safer right now. Riverine ka location toh achha hai, but Godrej is launching projects left and right. Quality control ka issue ho sakta hai.

Bhai, location matters a lot. Riverine is right next to the expressway. Ivory County is a bit inside.

And connectivity to Pari Chowk is better from the expressway. Ivory County mein traffic jam mein phas jaoge.
