Noida property: Godrej Jardinia or ATS? Confused!

Since January I've been seriously looking to buy in Noida. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games builders play. Initially liked ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards, but heard some horror stories about possession delays with ATS projects. Matlab, delay toh sab karte hai, but ATS ka kuch zyada hi scene hai kya? Now I'm considering Godrej Jardinia. On paper, it looks good, but is Godrej really worth the premium price? Construction quality wise, anyone have any firsthand experience with Godrej in Noida? Also, heard some builders are notorious for hidden charges at possession. Any truth to that with either of these guys? Help a confused soul out!
