Amrapali Crystal Homes or ATS Pious Orchards better for family?

Noida mein, family ke liye flat dekh raha hoon. My wife's priority is a safe place near good schools. Amrapali Crystal Homes is ready to move, which is a plus. But ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards is under construction – how risky is that, honestly? Has anyone compared the carpet area in both? Need at least a 3BHK, and usable space matters more than fancy amenities. Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about the builder trust factor for ATS? Should I be worried about possession delays?
