Noida investment: Amrapali Crystal Homes ya NS Prime?

I'm based in Dubai, can't visit. Amrapali ka price high hai, but ready to move. NS Prime View Extension is cheaper. Is Amrapali worth the extra cost, considering rental potential? Koi idea hai?
