Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab Sohna mein deal pakadna hai. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Sector 99A, maybe RK Traders. Builders always say 'no negotiation', but I've seen spot discounts appear. Is it real price reduction or just adjusting PLC/other charges? Meri thinking hai 5-7% toh milna chahiye, right? Ya main zyada expect kar raha?

Totally agree with your thinking! Builders ka 'no negotiation' sirf bolne ki baat hai. Last year, mere dost ne Badshahpur mein ek project mein 4% discount nikala tha, that too on a prime unit. Kya RK Traders ka track record hai discounts dene ka, ya sirf
Bhai, 5-7% Sohna mein, woh bhi RK Traders se? Thoda zyada expect kar rahe ho lagta hai. Unka toh naam hi hai ki they rarely budge on price.
