5 years in real estate, but buying my own flat feels totally different. I'm checking out Amrapali Cloud Ville in Noida Extension, looking at a 2BHK around ₹70-90L. On paper, amenities look great. I know what builders don't tell you about 'super area vs carpet area games' — always check carpet area vs. what's advertised. For those living there, what's the *actual* amenity quality? Are pools/gyms maintained? How's the community vibe? Any off-the-record advice on daily livability? Hope this helps someone else too.

Totally get what you mean! Buying your own place is a different ball game altogether. That carpet area point is spot on, builders always play that game. For Cloud Ville, are you looking at a specific 2BHK layout? Any idea if the amenities are actually usable now?
Bhai, Amrapali ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Thoda research aur kar lo, especially on the builder itself, not just the project.
