Godrej Jardinia sahi hai ya Amrapali Crystal Homes?

Since January I've been looking in Noida. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area game, but buying for myself is different! Godrej Jardinia looks good, but on-time delivery ka record kya hai? Amrapali Crystal Homes ka naam suna hai, but construction quality reports are mixed, right? Anyone faced hidden charges with either? Honestly, confused between the two. Which gives better resale value in 5 years, guys?
