ATS Knightsbridge: Overhyped or actually worth it?

Finally ditching rent. Royal Residency looks tempting at that price, but is it *too* good to be true? ATS Knightsbridge is obviously more expensive, but everyone glorifies the builder. Honestly not sure if the extra space and amenities justify the cost. Resale value matters too. Change my mind.
