Amrapali Crystal Homes vs E Homes: Carpet area reality?

Crystal Homes mein they're quoting a high price, but carpet area kitna mil raha hai, anyone knows? E Homes seems cheaper, but is it actually smaller? Which gives more usable space? ROI kya hai?
