ATS Floral Pathways Ghaziabad – Worth the Hype?

Hey everyone, what do you think of ATS Floral Pathways in Ghaziabad? Just saw this video walkthrough and the location seems pretty good. But I'm not sure about the actual construction quality from ATS. Anyone have experience with their other projects? The video showed the floor plans, looks spacious, but are the prices justified? Really looking for some honest opinions before I even consider visiting. Is it a good investment or are there better options in the area?
