posted on 6 AprConfused between resale in Amrapali or new flat in Purvanchal!
Need a bigger flat, 3BHK toh chahiye hi. Amrapali Green Valley mein resale mil raha hai, ready to move. But Purvanchal Silver Estate under construction hai. Kids' school admission bhi dekhna hai. Which one would you pick, considering safety and future resale value? Batao please!

Considering the current market conditions, I'd lean towards a ready-to-move property. Less risk involved. But Amrapali... hmm...
Ultimately, it's your decision. Weigh the pros and cons of both options carefully. Don't rush into anything.
So, what did you decide? Which one are you going for?
Check amenities completion before booking in Purvanchal. I made that mistake in another project. They promised everything, but nothing is ready even after 2 years.
Which floor are you getting in Amrapali? Ground floor mat lena, drainage problem hota hai. Higher floors are better.
Good point! Also, check for seepage and cracks during your visit.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Construction quality is often subpar.
Don't just look at the price. Factor in maintenance charges, parking fees, and other hidden costs. They add up!
True. Builders often hide these charges until the last minute.
Purvanchal ka location kaisa hai? Connectivity to the expressway and other parts of Noida is important.
Safety wise, both are comparable. It all depends on the society's security setup and maintenance. Visit both sites at night to get a feel.
My personal opinion: Go for Purvanchal, but do a thorough due diligence. Lawyer se legal check karwao, and don't pay full amount upfront. Keep some amount for final possession.
Amrapali mein ready to move hai toh rent pe de sakte ho immediately. Purvanchal mein toh wait karna padega. Think about rental income also.
True that! Rental yield is a good point to consider.
But Amrapali mein tenants milenge bhi kya? Reputation ka problem hai na?
Future resale value is better in Purvanchal, assuming they deliver on time and with good quality. Amrapali is still tainted, even though it's ready to move. Think long term.
Possession mila kya kisi ko Purvanchal Silver Estate mein? They promised possession last year, but I haven't heard anything positive.
Nahi yaar, abhi tak toh nahi. Site visits are happening, but construction is slow.
My friend booked there. He's also waiting. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Classic!
Amrapali Green Valley mein kaunsa sector? Sector 16, 17 mein toh phir bhi theek hai. But don't go for sectors with pending litigation.
Bhai, Noida Extension mein rates are rising like crazy! Metro line banne se aur badh jayenge. So, invest wisely.
School admission is key. Check the proximity of both options to good schools in Noida. That should be your deciding factor. Which sector are you looking at?
Purvanchal Silver Estate? RERA number check kiya? Builder ka history bhi dekh lo. Amrapali ka toh pata hi hai... it's a gamble.
Haan bhai, RERA is a must. Don't trust anyone blindly.
Exactly! RERA website pe sab details mil jayenge. Project delays, approvals, everything.
I bought in Sector 75 three years ago. Resale tha, but registration mein itna problem hua... I'd suggest new construction, but only if the builder is reputable. Amrapali... no way!
Amrapali mein resale? Bhai, be very careful. Title clear hai ki nahi, check kar lena. Purvanchal is better in the long run, but under construction is a headache. Depends on your risk appetite.
Totally confused too! Same boat. Amrapali naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. So many pending projects... Purvanchal ka reputation kaisa hai?
