Amrapali nightmares: Green Valley vs Cloud Ville reality?

From my experience, Amrapali's name itself is a red flag, tbh. Green Valley is completed but resale values are suppressed. Cloud Ville seems too expensive for the location; is it worth almost 8cr? Is the ROI better than other projects? Honestly not sure. What are your thoughts?

I think Amrapali projects, even if 'completed', will always have lower resale value due to the brand name. Be very careful.

U13, personally, I'd avoid them. Too much risk. Explore other options in Noida or Greater Noida.

Sector 150 is a good option. Lots of new projects coming up, and the metro line extension will boost prices. Check out Godrej Woods or ATS Pious Hideaways.

Amrapali? Run, don't walk! Green Valley is a ghost town, resale is a joke. 8 Cr for Cloud Ville? Bhai, you can get a villa in Greater Noida for that price. ROI is probably better elsewhere. Think sector 150 maybe?
