I work in real estate but even I'm confused! Victory Ace is ready, but Hindon Vihar is cheaper. Possession risk hai Hindon Vihar mein, but ROI might be better. What do you think?

But the last mile connectivity from Sector 143 metro station is still bad. Auto walas charge whatever they want.
