Victory Ace or Hindon Vihar? Confused about investment.

I work in real estate but even I'm confused! Victory Ace is ready, but Hindon Vihar is cheaper. Possession risk hai Hindon Vihar mein, but ROI might be better. What do you think?

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in my first property. Swimming pool toh 2 saal baad bana!

Hindon Vihar? Bhai, builder ka track record check kiya? Delay ka king hai woh. Victory Ace is better for peace of mind, even if returns are slightly lower.

I agree with U2. Peace of mind is priceless, especially in Noida real estate. Hindon Vihar mein phass gaye toh kya karoge? RERA bhi kuch nahi kar payega.

Victory Ace is good but overpriced, no? Sector 143 ka rate dekha hai? Same amenities, lower price. Hindon Vihar is cheaper for a reason, think about that.

U4, Sector 143 is far from the metro. Victory Ace has better connectivity. That's why the price difference. Location matters, yaar.

Tough one! Victory Ace is safer, no doubt. But Hindon Vihar... agar possession mil gaya toh ROI definitely zyada hoga. Risk toh hai, but reward bhi hai. What's your risk appetite?
