Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Purvanchal Silver Estate ka layout is damn good, especially compared to older projects like Ajnara The Belvedere. Carpet area seems much better. Is the extra ₹30-40 lakh worth it for the bigger space and better amenities? Also, Purvanchal seems to have a better track record for on-time delivery, right? Anyone else feel like Ajnara projects are a bit risky now? Is it just me?

Ajnara projects are definitely risky. My friend invested in Ajnara Ambrosia and he's still waiting for possession after 8 years! Avoid!

Sector 75 mein traffic bahut badh gaya hai. Think about that too before upgrading. Metro connectivity is good, but still...

30-40 lakh is a lot! Have you considered other options in Sector 150? Some good projects coming up there too. Sector 75 is getting crowded.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Ajnara booked kiya tha, phir cancel kar diya. Too many delays. Now looking at Godrej Woods. Thoda expensive, but peace of mind toh hai.
Purvanchal Silver Estate is good, no doubt. But check the builder-buyer agreement carefully. Hidden charges bahut hote hain. I learned it the hard way.
I visited the site last week. The construction is going on at a good pace. Amenities are also looking good. But price negotiations are tough. They are not budging much.
Totally agree yaar, Purvanchal Silver Estate looks way better than Ajnara. Ajnara ka toh naam hi kharab ho gaya hai. But 30-40 lakh extra is a big amount. Worth it hai kya... hmm...
Bhai, layout toh sab achha dikhate hain brochure mein. Check the actual construction quality and amenities before you finalize. Mera experience toh yahi kehta hai.
Ajnara Belvedere mein I have a flat. Honestly, regret karta hoon. Construction quality is average and maintenance is a headache. Purvanchal seems better, but do your due diligence.
On-time delivery is a myth in Noida. But Purvanchal is comparatively better. RERA registration number check karo, and see the past project completion dates.
