NRI investment stress: Noida property headache!

Honestly not sure which way to go. I'm based in Dubai and looking at Noida for investment. Adarsh Group Hindon Vihar looks cheaper upfront, but what's the real cost? Amrapali Green Valley is ready to move, which reduces risk. Is it worth paying extra for that peace of mind? The carpet area efficiency in Hindon Vihar seems better on paper. Need property managers either way. What's the resale market like for both? Thoughts? Which one would you trust more for 5-year appreciation?

NRI investment stress is real! Amrapali ka naam sunke toh darr lagta hai. Even ready-to-move can have issues. Adarsh Group, never heard of them. Check their RERA record first.
