Purvanchal Silver Estate — worth the extra cost?

I'm based in Dubai, so can't easily visit Noida. Victory Ace looks ready to move in, which is a huge plus. But everyone glorifies Purvanchal Silver Estate. Is it really worth paying almost double? Carpet area kitna milega actually? I need a property manager too, so rental potential is important. Worried about under-construction risks even though it's Purvanchal. Change my mind. Or tell me if I'm missing something sahi.

At the end of the day, it depends on your priorities. If you want a premium property and are willing to pay for it, Purvanchal is a good choice. If you're looking for a more affordable option with good rental potential, Victory Ace might be better.

Double? Bhai, are you sure you're comparing apples to apples? Victory Ace is okay, but Purvanchal ka quality is a different league. Carpet area toh RERA mein check karna padega, but generally, Purvanchal gives you better space utilisation. Property manager mil jayega, don't worry.
