Been looking at Purvanchal Silver Estate and Adarsh Hindon Vihar. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Carpet area sahi hai kya? Is Hindon Vihar worth considering?

I'd personally prefer Silver Estate for the newer construction and amenities, but it depends on your budget and needs.
