Cloud Ville's price tag: is it worth the hype?

Amrapali Cloud Ville seems super expensive compared to 3C Lotus 300. Is it really worth paying that much more? Does Cloud Ville have way better amenities or something? What's the real story?

Expressway access is good, but traffic bhi toh dekho! During peak hours, it's a nightmare. Metro is definitely a plus point for Lotus.

Cloud Ville is definitely pricier, no doubt. But 3C Lotus 300 is older, right? Maybe that's why. Amenities toh Cloud Ville mein zyada dikha rahe the brochure mein. Is it actually worth it? That's the question.
