Buildcon Maghad Mansion looks good on paper, but tbh, I'm worried. Paramount Floraville is ready to move, right? Kids have moved out, want something manageable, so possession is key. Plus, resale of existing property is riding on this! Maghad's pricing seems low... too low? Carpet area efficiency matters more now. Don't want wasted space. Change my mind!
