Sai Upvan looks cheap, but is it REALLY worth it?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm confused by the price difference. Paramount Floraville is like 5x the cost of Sai Upvan! Sai Upvan is ready to move toh risk bhi kam hai. But carpet area must be tiny, right? Floraville mein maybe bigger flats milenge, but it's so expensive. Is the rental potential in Floraville that much better to justify the EMI? My parents keep saying 'location is everything'. Change my mind.
