Hey Noida folks, ever feel like there's TOO much happening in real estate to keep track of? Well, UP RERA just gave the green light to projects worth over ₹5,200 crore in Gautam Buddha Nagar! That's almost 3,000 new homes and shops coming up. *Seedhi baat*, that’s a lot of construction. Seems like developers are betting big on Noida.
