Unitech Exquisite: Anyone have real experiences to share?

Heard Unitech Exquisite has issues. I'm looking at resale there, but online reviews are scary. Construction quality problems? I'm seeing a lot of mentions of delays and hidden charges online. My parents keep saying to avoid them. Honestly not sure what to do. Anyone bought there recently? What about maintenance after possession? How responsive are they if something breaks? Should I look elsewhere?
