Unitech Exquisite ka kya scene hai? I'm hearing horror stories online. On-time delivery bilkul nahi hai kya? Seriously considering investing in Noida, but the builder's reputation is scaring me. Heard Unitech has major delays. Customer support bhi bekar hai kya, anyone knows? Is the construction quality actually decent or is it just marketing? Honestly not sure if it's worth the risk.
