Paramount Floraville vs Gayatri Vatika: Resale market mein kya scene hai?

I'm confused between Paramount Floraville and Gayatri Vatika. Gayatri Vatika looks cheaper upfront, but resale value mein kya scene hai? Paramount Floraville is pricier, but carpet area efficiency is better, I think? Anyone has first-hand experience selling in either? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega for 5-year appreciation? Which one has better rental potential? Honestly not sure which way to go. Koi idea hai?
