Noida property owners — what's your Unitech experience?

Unitech Exquisite mein invest kiya tha years ago. Delivery date kab ka nikal gaya. Abhi tak flat ka kuch pata nahi. Honestly not sure if I made the right decision. My wife is constantly worried about the kids' future and school admissions. They promised so much, but all I see is delay. Anyone else facing crazy delays with Unitech projects in Noida? Is there even a chance of getting OC? Kya legal route lena chahiye? I'm seriously considering cancelling, but worried about the refund process. Heard it's a nightmare. Any tips on how to handle this? Should I just cut my losses? Anyone had a decent experience with Unitech after all this mess? I'm so frustrated and lost. Itna paisa invest kiya tha yaar.
