Unitech Exquisite: Is it worth the risk?

Unitech Exquisite mein invest karna sahi rahega? I'm hesitant because of their reputation. Heard their on-time delivery is a big issue. Anyone faced insane delays? And what about hidden charges at possession? My friend bought a flat somewhere else and PLC ne rulaya usko. Also, resale value ka kya scene hai? Honestly not sure if the low price is worth the potential headache. Any first-hand experience would be great.
