I work in real estate, but buying for myself is way different. Gayatri Vatika is ready to move, sure, but honestly, it's looking dated. Maghad Mansion, though under construction, seems way more promising. Everyone talks about possession status, but nobody talks about ROI. I'm thinking long-term appreciation. Plus, the floor plans in Vatika are kinda cramped. Change my mind. Is a ready-to-move worth sacrificing future growth?
